The Story Behind This

A former athlete.
100 lbs gained.
Fighting back at 69.

For most of my adult life I was an athlete. Running 6–8 miles a day. Lifting weights. 203 lbs for twenty straight years.

Then hip arthritis took everything. Surgery in 2018. Nearly 100 lbs gained in the years I couldn't move.

I'm 69 now. I'm rebuilding — using infrared therapy, recovery tracking, longevity science, and the conviction that this body was given to me for a reason.

Temple Protocol is what I'm building for both of us.
